Our Account Management system is in place so that our customers never have to deal with technical queries or faults alone. Saving businesses valuable time and unnecessary costs on IT specialists, we are involved in every stage of customers’ accounts from the management of repairs and exchanges, to the supplying of equipment and the analysis of expenses. Your Account Manager will also hold responsibility for liaising with networks (should any issues arise) and for making changes to accounts such as in the event of a new employee joining, when travelling abroad or even moving offices.Meet The Team
Retaining a hands-on role, Danny is involved with all levels of business, liaising personally with customers and working closely with our Account Management team to ensure the satisfaction of each individual client.
A core part of our service involves helping businesses to build a bespoke telecommunications package that benefits their teams’ unique needs and requirements. Specialising in mobile packages, Ben works alongside networks and suppliers to create customised plans that profit the interests of our customers.
Head of Hosted Solutions
As a technical expert of connectivity and cloud solutions, Kevin is able to provide the most up-to-date advice on our broadband and Hosted Centrex services. Kevin manages every stage of both solutions: From the initial bespoke quoting process through to the installation of equipment and to the management of lines – saving businesses time and confusion on technical issues and queries.
Strategic Contracts Manager
Head of the Account Management team, Helen is responsible for ensuring that each mobile account continues to run smoothly. Helen’s duties range from creating cost-effective strategies for clients looking to save money on their telephony, to providing expert advice on tariffs and other network changes.
Key Account Manager
Having been with Mobile Account Solutions for more than ten years, Dave is highly experienced with every aspect of business telecommunications. Managing both mobile and connectivity accounts, he is able to provide customers with the most advanced technical advice, aiding customers in the event of network, broadband or data issues.
