Stock & Distribution Controller

Salary: £25,000 - £32,000

Mobile Account Solutions (Holdings) Limited are searching for a Stock & Distribution Controller to join our growing team.

With customer service at the heart of our business, ensuring that the delivery process runs smoothly is key to the success of Mobile Account Solutions which is why the role of Stock & Distribution Controller holds great importance within our organisation.

On a daily basis, the candidate will arrange and monitor the full delivery process, ensuring that products are ordered and sent for delivery exactly as the customer requests. Other responsibilities will include arranging customer invoices, monitoring stock levels and assisting the Account Managers with equipment enquiries on behalf of our customers.

The ideal candidate will:

– Have excellent written and verbal communication skills (you will be liaising with global suppliers and business clientele on a daily basis so this is compulsory.)
– Have previous experience working within a distribution role.
– Be able to remain organised throughout busy periods, and will be able to prioritise tasks accordingly.

Landline Support Operative NEW

Salary: £24,000

We are searching for an efficient and customer focused individual to join our fast-growing team and to support our expanding portfolio of business customers.

As a Landline Support Operative, you will manage a selection of business accounts, working to ensure that their telecommunications are running smoothly. You will use the most innovative software to analyse customer telephone bills, provide technical troubleshooting and general day-to-day assistance.

Specifically, you will work closely alongside busy team to support our landline services: making changes to customer accounts and billing clients using software such as Abillity. The candidate will also have the opportunity to play a large role in the development of our newest cloud-telephony service.

Some experience within the telecommunications industry is preferable but training will be provided.

This is a full-time and permanent role with contracted hours of 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday at our office in Ware, Hertfordshire.

Key Account Manager NEW

Salary: £24,000

As an Account Manager your core responsibility will be looking after your own portfolio of business customers, ensuring the smooth running of each individual account.

Your day-to-day roles would include, but would not be limited to:

· Liaising directly with networks to source the root of any customer issues, making changes to customer accounts as requested and managing the porting process from various networks.

· Providing each customer with a monthly analysis of their account’s mobile phone expenditure.

· Providing general support to the Account Management team,

· Answering customer questions and queries about network or handset changes, and effectively resolving any issues that they have,

· Working with distribution to manage a customer’s device repairs, exchanges, orders and deliveries.

Each candidate will spend their first week shadowing the Account Management team members and will benefit from the expert training on the technical software used on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate will:

· Be extremely approachable and customer service focused with good customer service experience.
· Be able to manage and prioritise tasks accordingly, remaining organised at all times.
· Be able to work efficiently within a close team.
· Have impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
· Have strong experience using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
