We are searching for an efficient and customer focused individual to join our fast-growing team and to support our expanding portfolio of business customers.
As a Landline Support Operative, you will manage a selection of business accounts, working to ensure that their telecommunications are running smoothly. You will use the most innovative software to analyse customer telephone bills, provide technical troubleshooting and general day-to-day assistance.
Specifically, you will work closely alongside a busy team to support our landline services: making changes to customer accounts and billing clients using software such as Abillity.
The candidate will also have the opportunity to play a large role in the development of our newest cloud-telephony service.
Experience within the telecommunications industry is preferable but training will also be provided.

This is a full-time and permanent role with contracted hours of 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday at our office in Hertfordshire.Apply Now
