Mobile Account Solutions (Holdings) Limited are searching for a Stock & Distribution Controller to join our growing team.

With customer service at the heart of our business, ensuring that the delivery process runs smoothly is key to the success of Mobile Account Solutions which is why the role of Stock & Distribution Controller holds great importance within our organisation.

On a daily basis, the candidate will arrange and monitor the full delivery process, ensuring that products are ordered and sent for delivery exactly as the customer requests. Other responsibilities will include arranging customer invoices, monitoring stock levels and assisting the Account Managers with equipment enquiries on behalf of our customers.

The ideal candidate will:

– Have excellent written and verbal communication skills (you will be liaising with global suppliers and business clientele on a daily basis so this is compulsory.)
– Have previous experience working within a distribution role.
– Be able to remain organised throughout busy periods, and will be able to prioritise tasks accordingly.

Key Account Manager

We are searching for an efficient and customer focused individual to join our fast-growing team and to support our expanding portfolio of business customers.

As a Key Account Manager, you will manage a selection of business accounts, working to ensure that their telecommunications are running smoothly. You will use the most innovative software to analyse customer telephone bills, provide technical troubleshooting and general day-to-day assistance.

Specifically, you will work closely with a small but busy team to support our landline services: making changes to customer accounts and billing clients using software such as Abillity. The candidate will also have the opportunity to play a large role in the development of our newest cloud-telephony service.

The ideal candidate will:

– Hold experience with using a billing structure, such as Abillity
– Be confident when speaking with large suppliers, such as BT
– Have impeccable verbal and written communication skills
– Be experienced with using Microsoft Word and Excel
