Key Account Manager New

We are searching for an efficient and customer focused individual to join our fast-growing team and to support our expanding portfolio of business customers.

As a Key Account Manager, you will manage a selection of business accounts, working to ensure that their telecommunications are running smoothly. You will use the most innovative software to analyse customer telephone bills, provide technical troubleshooting and general day-to-day assistance.

Specifically, you will work closely with a small but busy team to support our landline services: making changes to customer accounts and billing clients using software such as Abillity. The candidate will also have the opportunity to play a large role in the development of our newest cloud-telephony service.

The ideal candidate will:

– Hold experience with using a billing structure, such as Abillity
– Be confident when speaking with large suppliers, such as BT
– Have impeccable verbal and written communication skills
– Be experienced with using Microsoft Word and Excel
